How do I return an item?
RestaurantBarstools.com offers hundreds of styles in dozens of colors, all custom-made to order by our Chicago factory. With this in mind, we are unable to accept returns for custom orders. We will gladly send color swatches before you purchase at no charge.
Parts, components, tables and table bases are non-returnable items.
If for any reason, Restaurantbarstools.com or our custom furniture manufacturer makes a mistake on your order, we will fix it as quickly as possible at our own expense. If an error of any kind has been made on your order, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at (800) 929-5792 so we can correct any issues that occur.
All products carry a one year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
RestaurantBarstools.com is not liable for any damage received during shipping. If you suspect your items have been damaged by the shipper, inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is found, please accept the delivery, but note all damage on the shippers receipt prior to signing. Then contact us at your earliest convenience at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can work to process a freight claim and rectify the situation.
